Refund Policy for Digital Services

At iTours Morocco, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services. This policy outlines our terms regarding refunds for our web development, app development, UI/UX design, and branding services.

1. General Terms

Due to the nature of digital services, which require significant resources and incurred costs upfront, we have a strict refund policy. Payments for custom design and development projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable.

2. Project Cancellation

• Cancellation by Client: If you choose to cancel a project at any point, any and all payments made up to that date will not be refunded. We will retain these payments to cover the resources and time allocated to your project. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be delivered to you.
• Cancellation by iTours Morocco: We reserve the right to cancel a project if a client is unresponsive for more than 30 days or otherwise breaches the project terms. In such a case, no refund will be issued for the work completed.

3. Deposits and Milestone Payments

• Project Deposit: All projects require a non-refundable deposit before work commences. This deposit secures your place in our project queue and covers the initial costs of discovery, research, and planning.
• Milestone Payments: Projects are typically divided into milestones. Payments for each milestone are due before work on that milestone begins and are non-refundable upon completion and approval of that milestone.

4. Dissatisfaction with Service

We strive for complete client satisfaction. We offer a clear revision process during the design and development phases. We encourage you to provide clear feedback at each stage to ensure the final product meets your expectations. However, once a milestone is approved and work has progressed, payments for that stage are final.

We do not offer refunds based on a subjective dissatisfaction with the final creative product if it has been developed according to the approved mockups and project scope.
