Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the services provided by iTours Morocco (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to and use of our services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

1. Services

iTours Morocco provides a range of digital services, including but not limited to web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, and branding (the “Services”). All projects will be defined by a specific scope of work outlined in a formal proposal or project agreement, which will be agreed upon by both parties.

2. Payments

Clients are required to make payments according to the schedule outlined in their project proposal. A down payment is required before any work begins. We reserve the right to pause work on a project if payments are not made on time. All payments made are non-refundable as outlined in our Refund Policy.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide us with everything we need to complete the project—including text, images, and other information—when we need it, and in the format we ask for. You are responsible for ensuring that all materials provided do not infringe on any copyright or intellectual property rights. We are not responsible for any delays to the project timeline caused by a lack of feedback or content from your side.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, we grant the client full ownership of the custom-designed and developed work we produce for the project. We reserve the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials. Any third-party software, plugins, or stock assets used in the project will be subject to their own respective licenses.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all information shared during the project as confidential. This includes business strategies, login credentials, proprietary data, and project details. This information will not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the services during the term of the project. We are not liable for any lost profits or revenue that may result from a delay or failure of the project.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
